Kids birthday party venues in Orange County, NY
Skip the empty hall and the noisy bounce park. Book private use of a real aerial studio — silks, lyra hoop, instructors and cleanup included — from $250 for Hudson Valley families.
A party place that isn't just a room with tables.
Most Orange County parents planning a child's birthday end up choosing between two things: renting a hall — a VFW post, a firehouse room, a community centre — or driving to a trampoline park. A hall is affordable and flexible, but you become the entertainer, the decorator and the cleanup crew. A park handles the activity, but it is loud, shared with strangers, and looks the same in every photo.
Flexibility in Flight is the middle option. For the length of your party the whole studio at 16 Main Street in downtown Chester is yours: aerial silks, lyra hoops, crash mats, sound, and a team of instructors who spend the hour teaching guests to actually fly. You still bring the cake and the decorations if you want to — you just don't have to bring the fun, or stay behind to sweep up.
Parties start at $250, which is in the same range as renting a hall for an afternoon in Orange County before you've spent a dollar on entertainment.

What are the best places to have a kids birthday party in Orange County, NY?
Families in Orange County usually choose between a rented hall (VFW, firehouse or community room), a trampoline or bounce park, and an activity studio. A rented hall is affordable but you supply everything — tables, decorations, entertainment and cleanup. Trampoline parks handle the activity but are loud and shared with the public. Flexibility in Flight in Chester sits between the two: you get private use of the whole studio, a real aerial silks and lyra experience led by instructors, and cleanup included, with parties starting at $250.
How much does a kids birthday party cost in the Hudson Valley?
Renting a VFW or community hall in Orange County typically runs $150 to $400 for a few hours, before you add entertainment, decorations and cleanup. Our all-in aerial party packages start at $250 for one hour of instructed aerial hoop or lyra with private studio use, and go up to $450 for a three-hour experience with a food and beverage window.
What ages can do an aerial birthday party?
Our kids parties are built for ages 5 and up. Instructors adjust apparatus height and skills for the group, so mixed-age guests all get something they can do safely on crash mats.
How many kids can come?
Packages are designed for roughly 10 to 15 children depending on the tier. Tell us your headcount on the booking form and we will confirm staffing for your group.
Can we bring our own cake, food and decorations?
Yes. You are welcome to bring cake, food and decorations. The food and beverage window is built into our Fly High Adventure and Sky's The Limit packages, and cleanup is included in every party.
Do you serve towns outside Chester?
Yes — we are at 16 Main Street in downtown Chester, roughly 10 minutes from Goshen and Monroe, 15 from Warwick and Middletown, and 20 from Newburgh, and we regularly host families from across Orange County, Rockland County and the wider Hudson Valley.
