Our studio at 16 Main Street in downtown Chester rents by the hour for private events, and every rate has cleaning built in. High ceilings, sound and lighting, aerial rigging overhead, free street parking outside for load-in — and if you want your guests actually flying on silks or lyra, we can staff it with instructors instead.

How much does it cost to rent a party space in Orange County, NY?
Rented halls in Orange County — VFW posts, firehouse rooms and community centres — generally run a few hundred dollars for an afternoon, often with a cleaning fee or deposit on top. Our studio is $95–125 per hour for private events with a three-hour minimum, or $550–650 for a full-day buyout, and cleaning is included in every rate with no hidden fees.
What is included with the rental?
Private use of the studio at 16 Main Street in Chester, sound, lighting, crash mats, and cleaning. Rigged apparatus — aerial silks, lyra hoop, hammock and rope — is available with a certified studio representative on site for any rigged booking.
Can I bring my own food, cake and decorations?
Yes. Renters bring their own food, cake, drinks and decorations. Please ask us before booking if alcohol is involved so we can confirm what our studio policies allow for your event type.
Can we use the aerial equipment ourselves?
Rigged apparatus use always requires a studio representative present, for insurance and safety reasons. If you want guests flying, an instructed party package is usually the better value — the instructor time is already included.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekend afternoons book out first, especially in birthday season. Send us your preferred date as early as you can and we will confirm availability within 24 hours.
Is there parking?
There is free street parking in downtown Chester, which makes load-in for decorations, cake and gear straightforward.
